Skagit Farmers Supply to Acquire Alaska Mill and Feed

The Board of Directors of Skagit Farmers Supply announced that the cooperative has entered into an agreement with Alaska Garden and Pet Supply, Inc. to purchase the Anchorage, AK based business, with the intention of closing the transaction in the fall of 2025. Alaska Garden and Pet is also known as Alaska Mill and Feed and Skagit Farmers would continue to operate under those names.
